Position Description Overview

Priority Integrated Solutions (Priority IS) is seeking a Deployment Specialist, responsible for implementation processes and services for our existing and new products and solutions. In this role, you will ensure that services related to implementation of these products are delivered as planned and stay within the guidelines of our internal organizational strategy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Will be working closely with all technical groups (Client Services and/or Partner Relationship Management) as needs arise.

  • Work with support to help facilitate the smooth transition between ordering product, to shipping product, to implementation of product and solutions, to post LIVE support of product.

  • This role will act in partnership with the Client Services and PRM teams to align implementation strategy with overall product/program strategy and supportability.

  • Ability to pivot efficiently between simultaneously running projects.

  • Create/review/maintain implementation specific documentation.

  • Answer client/partner inquiries via email or by phone.

  • Act as a first point of contact for the client’s day to day operational requirements in relation to deployment and implementation.

  • Be a service expert - proactively develop, understand, and share knowledge with peers on best practices.

  • Record all work in the CRM management tool, Salesforce.

  • Maintain contact with clients on a regular and proactive basis.

  • Regular communication with sales, business development teams, and other internal teams as necessary

  • Act as an escalation point and take ownership for the enterprise accounts within their portfolios.

  • Deliver against client requirements and resolve all queries in professional and timely fashion.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Scope of Job

This is a customer service role providing operational support to both partners and clients for day-to-day operational inquiries regarding products, deployment, and implementation. The Deployment Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships across the Client Services and Operations teams to deliver against our client needs.

Autonomy

Requires little guidance and supervision from management. Ability to work with a broad network of resources to resolve issues.
