  1. Each Priority I.S. PARTNER must opt-in below in order to be considered for the drawing

  2. For every QUALIFIED MERCHANT application the PARTNER has approved between 9:00 AM E.S.T. on November 15th, 2020 through 5:00 PM E.S.T. December 31, 2020, the PARTNER will receive one submission to go towards the drawing that will be held January 2021. 

  3. Winnings will be paid to the parent portfolio of the PARTNER and will be included in January 2021’s residual deposit

  4. By opting in, the PARTNER gives Priority I.S. rights to use their logo in association with the Priority I.S. 2020 Holiday Drawing and their name while announcing the winners of the contest.

  5. Only one drawing per PARTNER. Drawing will be held for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Once a name is drawn, the PARTNER will not be eligible for additional prizes.

  6. Priority I.S. holds the right to determine QUALIFIED MERCHANT on a merchant-by-merchant basis.

  7. Priority I.S. holds the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any point by notifying the partners via the email supplied below.
